Its legal to murder now

Mary Winkler killed her husband, She admits it and there is plenty of proof that she did it. So why is it legal? Cause she stayed in a relationship with her husband who was abusive to her. Instead of breaking it off and getting a divorce, you know the legal and approved way of ending a marriage, she popped him in the back with a shotgun.

Its totally legal now. You can kill anyone because the jury in that court has determined that murder, you know, killing someone, is totally legit if you don't want to file for divorce or just flat out leave.
