Charge it

I’ve done it! I have joined an elite brand of Americans that all young Americans look up too! No, I am not in the Illuminati, a cop, or a fire fighter. Nope, I am now a consumer debtor! I received my “platinum” card in the mail just this week. With the excitement of a hypoglycemic fat kid pigging out in a candy shop, I opened my letter and activated it on my (now lost) cell phone while I read my term agreements.

Now I know that 17%+ is VERY high but one thing people have to understand is I haven’t had a lot of time to build positive credit. Nor did the fact of my ex wife tanking my credit help matters much. However, they did give me a huge credit limit. I’m not going to say how much because I ……….. well I don’t know why.

So most people ,at this point, would ask “why on earth would you get a credit card”. Good question! I’m glad I asked myself. Well, all the big time investors are starting to raise the flag on real estate. It seems like all the major people type are starting to claim that the market for real estate is going to pop and leave us with a buyers market. I’m hoping my timing is right on this but I should be ready for a house in a year, which would be the same time the market is ready for someone like me.

So there you go aaaaaaaaaaaaaand here I go, bye
